- Does the piece I bought need to be shipped?
No. You will receive an automated email right after your purchase with a link to download your new arrangement in PDF format.
- How do I pay for the music?
You can easily pay with your PayPal account! If you don’t have one yet, we strongly suggest you to create one! It’s the fastest and safest way to transfer money on the internet.
- My download link doesn’t work anymore, what do I do?
I order to avoid the public sharing of the downloadable PDF, the link expires after 2 downloads. If you need to download your PDF again just request it by clicking the button under here.
- I haven’t received any email with the arrangements I purchased, what do I do?
The email with the purchased files gets sent automatically within 2 minutes from the confirmed payment. If you didn’t get it, check your SPAM folder. If it’s not there click on the button under here.
